Timothy "Tim" Winters McCarren was a Starzl Mutant, and was #27 on the list of all 123 people who had the mutation. Tim was a male prostitute, and wasn't squemish about what his "customers" wanted him to do, ranging from romantic conversations to intercourse, as long as he was paid $40 for his services. One night, Tim was hired by an unknown man, who brought Tim to a secluded area in the woods, supposedly for Tim's services. But when they arrived, the man told Tim that "he would be able to change the world...unless I stop you", and adressed Tim by his full name. Frightened, Tim tried to escape from the man's truck, but it was locked, and the man grabbed Tim's face and used his ability to oxidize every cell in Tim's body, killing him. Tim's corpse was later found by NTAC agents.
