No, because this page is for unseen members of the 4400. Doug is not a 4400 himself. Also, Doug Lawrence was in a deleted scene which the audience will never see (unless they add it to the DVD, which isn't coming out for about seven more months). --The Radio Star 15:42, 10 November 2006 (EST)

Shouldn't the templates on this page be changed from "Introduced" and "Last Seen" to something along the lines of "First Mentioned" and "Last Mentioned"? Or even just "Mentioned", since none of the characters on this page have been mentioned in more than one episode. Also, why does Gary Branscall's template have less information on it that the others'? It says in the body text which episode he was mentioned in, and there is no evidence that he'd dead, so why is this information not in the template? Finally, I think that "Can turn $20 into a crushing hangover" should be removed from Gene Vecruso's template. Adding something like "Tom commented that his ability was that he 'can turn $20 into a crushing hangover'." to the body text of his section. If nobody objects to this in the next couple of days, I'll make the changes myself. --Branfish 03:41, 1 April 2007 (EDT)

I say keep the crushing hangover it, that could be his real ability. Technically no one can prove otherwise. That or just because it's sort of funny. But I'm all for the "Mentioned" idea. --Kaito1412 13:23, 8 June 2007 (EDT)
