She doesn't unlock just artistic talents, but as we saw in the latest episode, "The Ballad of Kevin and Tess" she also helped Richard control his 4400 ability (and can anybody explain to me why I feel like calling it "mutant power"? ;-)) Colorwind

Mutant power typically refers to a mutation. If the "people from the future" changed the returnees biologically/chemically/genetically, one could technically refer to their abilities as mutant powers. However, it might not be a good idea as it might be copyrighted to a group of superheroes from a comic book. :) --Caroline 08:28, 4 August 2006 (EDT)
