Maybe it was a pre-emptive strike? IIRC, Brad attacked Shawn at school and Shawn was in fact defending himself. Unfortunately, schools don't recognize the concept of defense, and if they had really wanted to ruin his life they could have expelled him for using his ability on Brad. --The Radio Star 00:45, 3 November 2006 (EST)
