Season Three

The main arc of the third season was non-4400s trying to develop 4400 abilities. The Nova Group is formed in the wake of the promicin inhibitor scandal, turns radical, and kills several people. Lily Moore rapidly aged, causing Isabelle's rapid aging (or vice versa).

Isabelle's quick aging sparks lots of events during this season. We first meet her in Shawn Farrell's room, naked. Once, Shawn, Richard, and Matthew find out what is going on they all quickly decide that Isabelle should stay within the confines of the the 4400 Center. She does so, but begins to explore what it means to be 20 years-old. She immediately takes a liking to Shawn and in her list of things to accomplish (since she lived 20 years in a matter of minutes) she lists "having sex" with Shawn as one of them in episode Being Tom Baldwin. Among other things, Matthew becomes her "mentor" and tries to lure Isabelle by telling her that he knows who she is and what she will become. Isabelle pressures Shawn to marry her in order to keep her from the "doing brutal things" that Matthew told her she would do.

The People from the Future tried to abduct Maia, Tyler Downing, and other 4400 children. Tom attempts suicide in a ploy to get an audience with the future. He arrives in the Future Room, and is given the order to kill Isabelle in exchange for the return of the children. Matthew Ross is killed by Isabelle. Isabelle kills several 4400-Nova Members to find Daniel Armand because of what he did to Shawn. Isabelle teams up with Dennis Ryland and donates tons of promicin to HaspelCorp. This promicin is used to create a super soldier program.

A drug is created which makes people see others from their pasts. An explaination was finally given as to why the 4400 were returned to Seattle. Jordan Collier arrives at Shawn & Isabelle's wedding, and NTAC looks for him. Jordan Collier forces Isabelle Tyler to leave the 4400 Center. Diana dumps Marco and steals Ben away from her sister. Alana tipped off Gary Navarro that NTAC was about to capture him. Because of this, Alana had to go on the run for a while. Kyle is released from prison, Shawn is left in a coma. Alana was taken again, and Isabelle is still in the hospital. Ben, Diana, and Maia moved to Spain. Kyle and April are each seen with promicin. Jordan, Kevin, and Tess are hiding somewhere. Richard has nowhere to go. Tom is "with it to the end." The 4400 Centre is siezed by NTAC.
