[edit] Arc Significance
Tom displays his distaste for genocide and the deaths of dozens of people, and has a difficult time keeping himself from lashing out on Edwin Mayuya. During the fourth season, Tom has similar attitudes towards Jordan Collier for distributing promicin and killing thousands of people. This was most obvious in the episode No Exit.
