Kenneth and Patty Griffin were a couple who temporarily adopted Maia after the 4400 were released from quarantine.
Maia worried them by putting her shoes on a chair saying that she didn't want them wet, and later the faucet broke, and later she creeped them out by telling them which cemetery they would be buried in. The cemetery was Crown Ridge Cemetary.
Because Kenneth was a jackass, they returned Maia to quarantine. He probably regreted this when he realized that he could have used her to win the lottery. She knew that she wouldn't be staying with the Griffins long.
