[edit] Gary Branscoll

Gary Branscoll is a 4400 who, after his return, befriended Richard Tyler in quarantine and slept in the next bed to him. After the 4400's release, Gary remained in contact with his new friend, meanwhile he became a follower of Jordan Collier's plans to unite the 4400 and "create a world of our own" and attended his get-togethers. Gary later told Richard about them, which inspired Richard and his new girlfriend Lily to check them out.

He was mentioned in Trial By Fire.

Robert Fields was a mathematical genius and member of the 4400 with the ability to, combined with his mathematical knowledge, recognise complex patterns. Robert later became an employee at the 4400 Center. When Shawn Farrell briefly considered leaving the center for personal reasons, Robert was among the candidates selected to replace him, but was later dropped from consideration when Matthew Ross was told his ability wasn't popular enough.

He was mentioned in Carrier.

Edwin Garrett is one of the 4400 who was invited to Shawn and Isabelle's wedding.

He was mentioned in The Starzl Mutation.

Robert Laurenzano is a 4400 who lives around the Seattle area. His name was mentioned when Diana was looking for a possible 4400 who could be the Bradley Park Vigilante. He met the profile by having a low-IQ, poor self-esteem, a low paying job, and living in a high crime area.

He was mentioned in The New and Improved Carl Morrissey.

Michael Lawrence was a student at the 4400 Center being taught by Alana Mareva. Following the resurrection of Jordan Collier, Michael and his father, Doug, became followers of Collier's teachings about how the world must change to survive The Catastrophe, and referred to him as "The One". He learned how to properly control and restrain his Induced Unconsciousness, an ability to alter the amount of oxygen in a person's blood stream, but could still unintentionally affect others in close proximity, even causing them to fall into unconsciousness. Seeking a way to free the Nova Group from NTAC custody, Collier recruited Michael into the organization, and at his direction, used his ability to knock out NTAC's night-shift agents and allowed the Nova members in custody to escape. Michael, along with the rest of the group, were succesfully hidden from NTAC by Collier's agents, but his involvement in the breakout was exposed during the investigation, making him a fugitive. Michael and the rest of the Group are presumably helping Collier distribute promicin to the world.

Ismail Namir a 4400 from Libya who was assassinated by Gary Navarro under the orders of the NSA to prevent Namir from using his ability against the United States if recruited by his government. Tom Baldwin discovered the truth behind Namir's "disappearance" and Navarro, having gone rogue from the NSA, later sent a letter to Namir's family to apologize and reveal what had happened to him.

He was mentioned in The New World.

Mary O'Connell was a 4400 who worked at the 4400 Center and had the power of empathy. When Shawn Farrell was briefly considering leaving the Center for personal reasons, Mary was one of the possible replacements.

Gene Vecruso is a 4400 mentioned in Wake-Up Call. He knows how to party. He has been arrested for being drunk and has been sent to the "drunk tank." He's now in a halfway house. It was implied that Tom went out drinking with him once. He is returnee #927.

Phillipa Bynes is a 4400 living in Auckland, New Zealand. After coming off the promicin-inhibitor, Phillipa was among the first of the majority of the 4400 population whose powers were suppressed to gain an ability, which was to create light from her hands, and she used it to read her books late at night without disturbing her boyfriend's sleep.

She was shown in The New World.

Mary Deneville was a young florist who normally delivered plants to her customers home via the shop's van. After returing from her abduction along with the rest of the 4400, Mary returned to her job at the flower shop, and discovered she had the ability to control plants, and used it to help keep the plants alive, such as talking to a wilting sunflower, telling it to make itself better, which it did within seconds. Mary was killed when her van exploded with her inside it, caused by a bomb laid by anti-4400 extremists Glen and Dean Keating, though fragments recovered from her murdersite led NTAC agents Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris to the perpertrators.

She was shown in Trial by Fire.

Christopher Dubov is a 4400. Following his return, Chris reunited with his family, but had a hard time adjusting to his new rebellious 18-year-old, but persevered none-the-less, and retook his job as a lawyer at a firm based around providing support for unemployed or homeless 4400's.

When the promicin inhibitor was removed from his system, Chris was among the majority of the 4400 population, whose powers were entirely supressed, to gain their abilities, with Chris being among the last to gain one. Chris's ability was to "Sense Pheromones" a possible romantic attraction between people, through pheromones, and this led to his break-up with his wife as he couldn't sense one between them.

However, he sensed a match of pheromonal signatures between his wife and Bob, his new dentist. Wanting to see if the dentist and his wife were meant for each other, Chris booked her an appointment with him. They fell in love instantly and began dating a week later.

When Michael found out about his father's ability, he came to the conclusion that Chris was trying to break their family apart again, and attacked him, giving him a black eye. NTAC wanted to prosecute Michael for hate-crime against 4400's, but Chris dropped the charges, as he planned to reconcile with Michael by setting up a date for him with a waitress at a bar who had a pheromonal match.

Dante Ferelli was a 4400 who used to eat with Wesley Hauser back in Quarantine. He was interrogated by Tom and Diana, but claims that he wasn't friends with Hauser. He just enjoyed Hauser's war stories.

Nate McCullough is the 4400 who ran from Tom Baldwin, and Diana Skouris when NTAC orders all 4400 back into quarantine because they are getting sick (during the promicin inhibitor scandal). Tom and Diana eventually catch him on foot, and despite their guilt at forcing an innocent man into quarantine when they know that NTAC caused the illness, they bring him in to maintain their cover. Later, after being offered a private room in quarantine, Nate reluctantly gives away the location of Richard's safe house.

He was shown in Mommy's Bosses.

Jung Pak is a 4400 living in South Korea. After coming off the promicin-inhibitor, Jung was among the first of the majority of the 4400 population whose powers were suppressed to gain an ability, which manifested while brushing his teeth. His ability is the physical manifestation of fish-like gills on his back, allowing him to breath underwater.

Roger went into NTAC the same day TJ Kim went in to attack NTAC. After the attack that cause every male to become aggressive, Roger was tied down and left behind by the female 4400. When the National Security Agency's Field Enforcement Division found him, he was dead (shot by Major Charles Culp who was also under the effects of TJ Kim's ability).

He was shown in Lockdown.
