Insanity-Causing Phobia Attacks is a promicin-induced ability that allows its user to make others in proximity, or those who have been in direct contact with the user, to see their worst fears and phobias so much, the affected person would go completely insane from fear. The ability is activated by instinct, such as sensing hostility from others and the ability affects the recipiant, who hours later would have a phobia attack. The affects of this ability can only be reversed if the user is on Concentrated Promicin-Inhibitor.
