The 4400 Center was created by Jordan Collier to act as a safehouse for the 4400, in addition to being a place where research could be conducted as to the purpose of their return and their powers. In Wake Up Call Shawn heals a woman whose husband donates real estate for a 4400 Center in Los Angeles but we never hear of this location again. Due to the costs involved with maintaining the center, Jordan turned it into somewhat of a religious house as well.
