July 28, 2005? 4400 has returned 12 August 2004. Six weeks on quarantine = c. 23 September '04. Between White Light and Wake Up Call is one year. September 2005 is on season two premiere. Lockdown is 11 episode of this season and thats date is 28 July 2005. It's possible? xD
