Elizabeth Bailey was the wife of Orson Bailey. She had been married to Orson for 30 years, and were planning a wonderful dinner together at their favorite restaurant when Orson was abducted. Elizabeth was devastated by her loss, and was forced to make ends meet on her own, ultimately accepting a settlement payment when Orson's ownership stake in his company was bought out when he was declared dead in 1986. Elizabeth retired to a nursing home many years later, and became steadily more senile and eccentric, often gazing into space and reliving her last moments together with Orson. Shortly after Orson's return, Elizabeth, suffering from a pulmanary embolism, died.
