Donald Mitchel is the chairman of the board, of Anexxo Corporation. His company produced a new body armor for the military but had some serious flaws. He decided to hire assassins to kill Alex Lupone, who is working for the Pentagon, so he can close the deal. Tom and Diana with April's help, get a confession out of him and arrest him. Later April helps NTAC for a more detailed and signed confession.
