Concentrated Promicin-Inhibitor

Concentrated Promicin-Inhibitor is a refined version of the original promicin-inhibitor used to surpress the abilities of the 4400. Unlike the original inhibitor, this version is harmless to the natural human immune systems of the 4400, while at the same time entirely suppresses the person's ability. However, these ratifications of the original formula have instead limited the new inhibitor to only work if constantly administered every second of every day.

The inhibitor is currently being used to keep dangerous 4400's imprisoned at NTAC Seattle Headquarters from using their abilities to escape, and is also being used in newly-erected prisons made to contain Promicin Positives following Jordan Collier's distribution of promicin to the world.
