Claircognizance is a promicin-induced ability that allows its user to instantly know the truth about anything if its user concentrates on a specific part of unsolved or conflicted history, and "see" (possibly through a vision or daydream) the true events at the time, whether it be the past, present, or even the future. This ability can allow its user to uncover wide-spread conspiracies or infamous mysteries, and could eventually lead to a ground-breaking discovery.

Curtis Peck was the only 4000 who had this ability.
