Byron Lillibridge is a disabled and wheelchair-bound 4400 in his mid-twenties and a friend to Kyle Baldwin. When Jordan Collier began giving promicin to the world, Byron was among the many hundreds of people who flocked to his banner, and took up residence in Promise City, helping build the foundations of paradise. When Richard Tyler kidnapped his daughter Isabelle and caused her to become a child again, Kyle implored Byron to use his ability to create realistic illusions and create an illusion of Richard's deceased wife; Lily, and use it to manipulate Richard into changing Isabelle back. Byron was forced to stay awake for days, barely maintaining the illusion, though Kyle diligantly stayed with Byron, giving him coffee and other stimulants at Byron's request in order to keep the illusion stable. In the end, Byron's efforts were successful, and enjoyed a well-needed sleep.
