Blink is a hallucinogen drug that's secreted from the hands of the 4400 Naomi Bonderman. It causes the affected person to see people from their past that they have unresolved issues with. The hallucinations don't leave the person until the issues are resolved. The drug was delivered through cookies to Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris.

Blink could be used as a psychotherapeutic drug.
