Biological Manipulation is a promicin induced ability to manipulate life force, usually manifesting itself by healing others rapidly by touch. Limits for this power are unclear; it is even able to cure a child of autism- although it stated that, as autism is also developmental, there is limited success. The power is revealed to not work on promicin-intolerant.

It can also reverse this power, draining the life from others.

Shawn Farrell is the only 4400 with this power.
