Amy Paspalis was a wealthy young girl living with her family, who enjoyed a life of luxury, and enjoyed spending two weeks a year with her beloved grandmother Mimi.

When Amy was returned with the rest of the 4400, she was reunited with her parents, but was devastated to find out that Mimi had died during her abscense.

Amy became a student at the 4400 Center, where she befriended new student Maia Skouris and soon became her best friend, even inviting her round to her house to play games such as badminton, and studied together at the center and played hide-and-seek amongst the trees in the nearby forest.

When Isabelle Tyler rampaged through the Center in the hopes of drawing Jordan Collier out to face her, Isabelle trapped Amy, Maia and the rest of the class in the classroom, where Isabelle targeted Amy first for a painful death. Maia, however, came to her best friends defense by offering herself up for murder in exchange. This distracted Isabelle long enough for NTAC Agents to come in and, with Richard Tyler's help, neutralize her powers and capture her.

Amy is presumably living with her family after the Center's closure, but has gone out of contact with Maia after she moved to Spain and remained unaware of her return.
