Anapurn later assisted in the recovery of Skouris after she was secretly dosed with promicin by Kevin Burkhoff, but later stopped and forced to kidnap her from the hospital when Kevin's accomplice and lover; Tess Doerner, used her ability to control Anapurn's mind and bring Diana to her.

Anapurn was shown in Blink, The Ballad of Kevin and Tess, and The Starzl Mutation.

[edit] Simon Brookner

Simon Brookner was a high-ranking member of NTAC with the title of Assistant Director and an avid reader of "TODAY" magazine.

Faced with the growing power of the 4400's and, after reading Dennis Ryland's reports on Orson Bailey and Oliver Knox, Brookner and 5 other NTAC officials were convinced to join together under Ryland's command and form the Operation: Firewall program, designed on controlling the 4400 through the newly-developed promicin-inhibitor, which was used to supress the majority of the population's powers.

When the inhibitor scandal was made public after 28 4400's died due to the inhibitor's side-effects, Brookner was put on trial, but was soon released when Ryland accepted full responsibility and said Brookner and the other officials were following his direct orders. When TJ Kim made an attempt on Ryland's life, NTAC offered sanctuary to protect Brookner and the others until TJ and her co-conspirators could be found, but Brookner was convinced TJ was acting alone and he, along with the other members of the program, refused and went on with their lives.

Brookner was assassinated by Paul Newbold of the Nova Group, who used his ability to freeze him solid while he was in the bathroom of his house.

Brookner was shown in Wake-Up Call.

[edit] Agent Falcone

Falcone is an NTAC Agent partnered with Agent Mortimore. During the hunt for 4400 Jean DeLynn Baker, whose ability to launch subatomic plague spores had accidently wiped out an entire town, Falcone and Mortimore were able to track her down first with help from a tip-off recieved by NTAC from Shawn Farrell. Equipped with state-of-the-art biohazard gear (which was impervious even to an anthrax attack), Falcone, Mortimore and two other agents surrounded Jean's hotel room and launched tear gas through the window and stormed through the door and tried to restrain her. Frightened and confused, Jean accdiently triggered the spores release from the blisters on her hands, killing Falcone, Mortimore and the other two agents by liquifying their internal organs. Jean then took Falcone and Mortimore's cellphone and car and escaped.

Falcone was shown in Wake-Up Call and Carrier.

[edit] Agent Hubbard

Agent Vick Hubbard was Diana's 4th partner after Tom got a desk job at the end of the first season. He lacked passion for the job, demonstrated by how he wanted to get his reports in by 5pm. Hubbard was Jordan's anonymous source, providing him with classified government memoranda for his book. Nina Jarvis was going to make sure he was prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Agent Hubbard was shown in Wake-Up Call and was played by Bill Mondy.

[edit] Krause

Krause was a cafeteria worker at NTAC. When Maia Rutledge was returned by her original foster parents after scaring them with her ability, Maia told Krause that her daughter would go to hospital, but would be ok. Soon afterwards, she was in a car accident. Krause was disturbed by this, and she, along with 5 others, complained to Dennis Ryland about Maia's visions.

Krause was shown in The New and Improved Carl Morrissey.

[edit] Agent Mortimore

Mortimore is an NTAC Agent partnered with Agent Falcone. During the hunt for 4400 Jean DeLynn Baker, whose ability to launch subatomic plague spores had accidently wiped out an entire town, Mortimore and Falcone were able to track her down first with help from a tip-off recieved by NTAC from Shawn Farrell. Equipped with state-of-the-art biohazard gear (which was impervious even to an anthrax attack), Mortimore, Falcone and two other agents surrounded Jean's hotel room and launched tear gas through the window and stormed through the door and tried to restrain her. Frightened and confused, Jean accdiently triggered the spores release from the blisters on her hands, killing Mortimore, Falcone and the other two agents by liquifying their internal organs. Jean then took Mortimore and Falcone's cellphone and car and escaped.

Mortimore was shown in Wake-Up Call and Carrier.

[edit] Agent Park

Agent Park is an NTAC Agent and subordinate of Jed Garrity. Park often resented his position, as he constantly had to run his reports and requisitions by Garrity first, with his signiature as proof, so he normally faked Garrity's signiature to save time. During TJ Kim's terrorist attack on NTAC Headquarters, where Park and the other men were driven into murderous rage by a "Rage Bomb" signal, Garrity and Park engaged in a fistfight mere moments after the attack began as Garrity figured out Park was faking his signiature. Nina Jarvis tried to calm everyone down by explaining about the signal, but Park didn't believe her and attacked Garrity again. When Nina raised a pistol to warn everyone about what she just said, Park quickly shot her in "self defense". Tom Baldwin immediately punched Park in the face, knocking him to the floor, and ordered Agent Crowley to arrest and restrain Park to keep him from shooting others. After Marco Pacella launched a counter-signal, Park and the others regained their lucidity and Park returned to duty.

Agent Park appeared in Wake-Up Call and Lockdown and was played by Hiro Kanagawa.

[edit] Adam Spiegleman

Adam Spiegleman was a high-ranking member of NTAC with the title of Assistant Director.

Faced with the growing power of the 4400's and, after reading Dennis Ryland's reports on Orson Bailey and Oliver Knox, Spiegleman and 5 other NTAC officials were convinced to join together under Ryland's command and form the Operation: Firewall program, designed on controlling the 4400 through the newly-developed promicin-inhibitor, which was used to supress the majority of the population's powers.

When the inhibitor scandal was made public after 28 4400's died due to the inhibitor's side-effects, Spiegleman was put on trial, but was soon released when Ryland accepted full responsibility and said Spiegleman and the other officials were following his direct orders. When TJ Kim made an attempt on Ryland's life, NTAC offered sanctuary to protect Spiegleman and the others until TJ and her co-conspirators could be found, but Spiegleman was convinced TJ was acting alone and he, along with the other members of the program, refused and went on with their lives.

Spiegleman was assassinated by the Nova Group sometime later.

Spiegleman was shown in The New World.

[edit] Sid Stradner

Sid Stradner is an NTAC Agent and friend to Diana Skouris, and worked in the main crisis room as a computer operator and agent detachment controller/coordinator. When the approaching comet suddenly changed course directly for Earth, Sid brought Diana up to speed during the initial chaos and coordinated America's missle strikes, and that of several other nations, on the comet, to no success, and was shocked when the comet suddenly stopped at Mount Rainier and imploded; releasing the 4400 into the world. Sid is currently working at NTAC's headquarters in Seattle.

Sid Stradner was shown in the Pilot and White Light and was played by Jason Low.

[edit] Everett Watt

Everett Watt was a high-ranking General in the United States Army and supreme commander of NTAC's attached military personnel. He lived in the suburbs of Seattle with his beloved pet German Sheppard; Crockett.

Faced with the growing power of the 4400's and, after reading Dennis Ryland's reports on Orson Bailey and Oliver Knox, Watt and 5 other NTAC officials were convinced to join together under Ryland's command and form the Operation: Firewall program, designed on controlling the 4400 through the newly-developed promicin-inhibitor, which was used to supress the majority of the population's powers.

When the inhibitor scandal was made public after 28 4400's died due to the inhibitor's side-effects, Watt was put on trial, but was soon released when Ryland accepted full responsibility and said Watt and the other officials were following his direct orders. When TJ Kim made an attempt on Ryland's life, NTAC offered sanctuary to protect Watt and the others until TJ and her co-conspirators could be found, but Watt was convinced TJ was acting alone and he, along with the other members of the program, refused and went on with their lives.

Watt was assassinated by Jane Nance of the Nova Group, who used her ability to cause Crockett, his dog, to go mad and attack Watt, mauling him to death.

Everett Watt was shown in The New World and was played by Bo Olsson.

Brady Wingate worked in the Theory Room of NTAC with P.J. under Marco Pacella's leadership. He died in The Great Leap Forward when promicin was spread like a virus.
