Adam Kensington was the CEO of Kensington and Bailey, Orson Bailey's insurance company. He first met Bailey when he was 13. He refused to give Bailey a job at his own company upon his return, saying that hard times had forced him to fire three of his actuaries. As Orson had been legally dead since 1986 and his interest had been bought out, Orson had no legal right to his job. Orson Bailey killed Kensington at his mansion, and according to Marco, for the better. Kensington was the point man in a plan to defraud policyholders, and his death prevented another Enron-like disaster, saving the state of Washington one billion dollars.
Morgue workers were surprised at exactly how his skull had been fractured.
