Ability Neutralization is a promicin-induced ability that allows its user to strip another person of the abilities by neutralizing all of the promicin in their bodily systems. Though this ability works on Promicin Positives and Enhanced Soldiers, 4400's are immune.

Jordan Collier is the only 4400 with this ability.
