A Stitch in Time was a special feature on the second season DVD set. It discusses possible means of time travel.
'A stitch in time' also refers to the idiom "A stitch in time saves nine", meaning that it is better to solve a problem at the present time instead of it getting worse and having to deal with a bigger problem later on. Also known as, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". [1]
